Nue Fusion 200 Microcurrent delivers small electrical pulses that trigger a firming and tightening response to the skin. The skin is re-educated by microcurrent stimulus. This stimulation becomes a cumulative effect, thereby each procedure makes the skin’s appearance smoother, firmer and more resilient.

The first commercial machine was developed in the 1960’s by Dr. Reinhold Voll. Studies concluded skin volume was significant with a 10% increase in collagen fibroblast and 35% in micro circulation.

Estheticians love the fact our microcurrent gives immediate skin results along with a natural face lift appearance.

Many of our customer’s clients have stated, “After a few treatments on my face, people said I looked years younger! I heard “Wow, you look so young!” and not, “What did you have done?”This is what makes Skin for Life a“True Skin Difference.”

Nue Fusion Microcurrent opens the face and gives the overall facial structure definition. Licensed skin care professionals recommend two treatments a week for three weeks which equates to six treatments.

However, many estheticians will incorporate microcurrent with bi-monthly or monthly skin treatments to boost the skin’s health and maintain their clients’ skin goals. Before scheduling clients/patients for microcurrent facial treatments perform a thorough review of their current skin care routine.

It is important to have clients use performance skin care products at home so they may receive optimum skin treatment results.

It is important clients and/or patients have an appropriate cleanser, toner, active serum, moisturizer and physical sunscreen protection to enhance their overall treatment result.

Our Ball microcurrent wands are designed to disperse equal amount of energy to the width and length of the muscle. This technique shortens muscle response and therefore gives skin a lift which opens the face for a younger looking appearance.

Licensed skin care professionals enjoy the advantage of being able to lift, hold the skin and muscle for a dramatic skin response, which is initiated by the microcurrent pulses. The results are immediate. A microcurrent facial treatment is between 60 – 90 minutes.

Straight wands tighten skin by lifting and smoothing the skin using fluid strokes. These fluid movements may be used simultaneously, moving the straight wands together to the point of origin. The skin’s appearance is smooth, wrinkles and fine lines are minimized.

Straight wands may be used for lymphatic drainage, whereby the wands assist with removing unnecessary cellular waste from the skin. Lymph circulation is vital for cellular health.

Skin for Life started in 2002 and is a division of Lifeline Medical, Inc. founded in 1991. Skin for Life started distributing skin care equipment in 2002 in the New York Tri-State area. They quickly became aware from listening to the esthetician community the need for quality, affordability and innovation with skin care equipment. In 2003, their Research and Development Division in Brooksville, Florida worked vigorously with help from outside consultants to manufacture USA skin care equipment. Their first success was with our Nue Skin Microdermabrasion machines. Their customers rely on Skin for Life’s expert esthetic equipment and/or skin care training. Their corporate education staff consist of two-licensed skin care professionals to assist skin care customers with training.

During a consultation implement these three rules to achieve a better skin understanding.

Determining skin sensitivity (Chronic or Temporary) and the state of the skin at the time of treatment is important. It will determine the vacuum setting as well as the flow of the natural grains.
Medications are important to review. Ask questions regarding topical or systemic medications.
Is the client’s medication prescribed by a doctor? How long has the client been taking the medication? Has the client experienced sun sensitivity while on the medication?

Hormonal Challenges, when treating skin that may have variations of pigment concerns will help licensed professionals adjust their microdermabrasion techniques. Clients that have irregular pigmentation may need to have a specific home care routine that is recommended by skin care professionals.
