At Medical Spa Supply, we believe that a straightforward shipping policy with the lowest rates in the industry is part of our mission: providing solutions that help your business thrive. Unlike our competitors, we don’t make additional profit on shipping, because our ultimate goal is to become your one-stop-shop for all your med spa supply and equipment needs.

When will my order ship?
You will always receive an email when your order ships with tracking information
Supplies
Most orders received by noon EST Monday - Friday ship within 72 hours. Shipping methods vary between carriers and we will select the best one (UPS, FedEx or USPS) to fulfill your order. Some Items are shipped directly from a manufacturing facility and may take longer. Occasionally manufacturer allocations may delay orders from shipping. If that is the case, we will do everything we can to get you the product or an alternative. Shipments placed to boxes or lockers can be easily misplaced and we cannot refund product or shipping expense if parcel is lost.
*No ship dates or arrival dates are guaranteed. We are the best at navigating the shipping industry, but there limitations on what can be done based on carrier capabilities.
Equipment
Most equipment ships from the manufacturing facility located across the US and Canada and they may need some time to put the finishing touches on your order. Some equipment items like furniture, tables with non-standard upholstery colors, etc. are special order and can incur longer lead times.

XL Equipment Shipping Options
The last thing you need is three 150-lb Med Spa tables dropped in front of your door while your staff is busy with clients. At Medical Spa Supply, we will communicate with you and do our best to schedule a convenient day and time for your delivery to help you prepare. We also offer convenient and affordable options to deliver inside your location, and we can even set up equipment for you. It's all part of our mission to help you and your business thrive.
XL/Curbside
Delivery occurs via truck and liftgate is provided. Item will be delivered “curbside” and the customer is responsible for bringing it inside. Please note, any changes after the order is placed can incur significant charges (ex. $125 for address change). Please triple check shipping address prior to placing order.
XL Gold/Inside Delivery
Delivery occurs via truck and liftgate is provided. Item will be delivered through the front door. This does not include specific placement. The customer is responsible for moving the item to a specific location inside, plus uncrating, and removal of packaging.
XL Platinum/White Glove
Our trusted delivery partner in your area will deliver the item to the room or location you like, set it up, and dispose of all packaging.
Shipping to Canada
We love our neighbors up North and are able to ship many but not all items to Canada (due to regulatory requirements). Please understand that there may be an additional shipping and duty charges on orders to Canada. If your order has additional freight and/or duty we will reach out to you promptly to review the charge. We never “mark-up” duty costs.
