Brad Palmer

CEO & Co-Founder

As CEO, Brad oversees business administration including customer service, operations, and finance. Prior to co-founding Medical Spa Supply, he spent nearly 7 years as a Managing Director of Typenex Medical a growing healthcare company focused on laboratory and surgical supplies. Prior to that, he worked in various roles in the medical industry including product management, sales, and finance. Brad has spent his career taking feedback from clinical users and building solutions to help clinicians do their jobs more efficiently. He graduated from Syracuse University and lives with his wife and two children in the Chicago area.

Kevin Wyler

President & Co-Founder

As President, Kevin oversees business strategy, including HR, sales, and marketing. Prior to co-founding Medical Spa Supply, he spent 20 years with Medline Industries, where he managed relationships with major health systems and agreements exceeding $750 million. Today, he works closely with medical wellness practices to help them select products and technologies that improve patient experience, support staff safety, drive revenue growth, and create more efficient businesses. Born in Buffalo (Go Bills), Kevin holds degrees from the University of Maryland and Seton Hall Law School. He lives in Greenwich, CT, with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he is either cooking or thinking about the next meal he’s going to make.

Meredith Traynor

Director of Practice Development

With 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, Meredith specializes in helping medical wellness practices plan, source, and implement the equipment and technology needed to support their growth. She works closely with customers on device selection, treatment room planning, budgeting, financing options, and implementation to help align equipment investments with their business goals. Prior to joining Medical Spa Supply, Meredith held sales roles with industry leaders including Medline Industries and Stryker, where she developed expertise in strategic account management and business development. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and taking on new projects around the house.

Frank Pierce

Sales Manager

With more than 20 years of sales and operational experience, Frank specializes in helping Med Spa and aesthetic practices plan equipment purchases and find solutions that fit their business goals. He enjoys building long-term customer relationships and guiding customers throughout the purchasing process. Outside of work, Frank enjoys fitness, working out regularly, and playing pickleball.

Morgan Carney

Assistant Sales Manager

Morgan Carney is a Kansas City–based medical sales representative with more than six years of clinical experience in functional medicine, wellness, and medical aesthetics. After working as a patient care coordinator, she transitioned into medical sales with a passion for helping providers streamline their practices through trusted products, medical supplies, and peptide solutions from reputable compounding pharmacy partners. Morgan is dedicated to building lasting relationships and serving as a reliable resource for physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical spas by connecting them with innovative solutions that support exceptional patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, Pilates and spending time with family.

Almay Els

Operations Manager

With more than 5 years of experience in eCommerce and operations, Almay supports website growth, operational efficiency, customer experience. She is passionate about improving systems and creating a seamless online experience for customers. Outside of work, Almay enjoys spending time fishing and camping, and spending quality time with family.

Carlos Martinez

Operations Department Representative

With a background as a Certified Medical Interpreter, Carlos brings strong communication skills and attention to detail to every customer interaction. He helps coordinate orders, logistics, shipment updates, and manufacturer communication to ensure a smooth customer experience. Outside of work, Carlos enjoys learning how to use and repair vintage technology and is always working on a new project.

Cristina Mazariegos

Logistics and Marketing Operations Specialist

Cristina helps coordinate logistics, supports marketing initiatives, and keeps day-to-day operations running efficiently. Her organized and detail-oriented approach helps ensure customers receive a seamless experience from start to finish.
