TCA Intense works by coagulating proteins and dermal remodeling. This process will result in epidermal destruction, giving a medium-depth peel, and improving acne, acne scarring, sun damage, and aging skin. TCA Intense has a pH of 0.7.

- Hydrating Cleanser- Helps with peel-neutralizing and residual hot spots, especially around the mouth, nose, and hairline.

PROTOCOLS:
PREPARE SKIN WITH SUGGESTED PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES
Peel Procedure:
- Cleanse the skin thoroughly with Gentle Foaming Cleanser, removing all makeup and debris. Perform a double cleanse if necessary.
- Degrease: Using Peel Activator Solution (BHA FREE) or ClearBalance repeat until the gauze is completely free of debris and make-up residue.
- Apply Laser Guard to under the lash line, around nostrils, the vermilion border of the lips, and the corners of the mouth.
- Saturate a 2x2 gauze pad with approximately 3-4ml of acid solution. Apply a single even layer of TCA Intense to the skin, beginning at the forehead and working down to the jawline (short/ even strokes). IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO LAYER THIS PEEL. ”Frosting” will be visible. A fan may be necessary.
- This peel is Self-Neutralizing when used alone. Once applied to the affected area it CAN NOT be neutralized. To cool the skin, rinse the treated area with Hydrating Cleanser, and gently massage any residual hot spots. Water alone may spike and trigger acids to further process
- Apply a thin layer (Approx. 1 mL) of Pure C and/or Cells evenly over the skin.
Apply a thin layer of Arnica Recovery Gel to the skin. - Apply Post Care Protectant mixed with Laser Guard or Post Care Protectant mixed with Sport Shield SPF • 45, based on the client’s needs.
- Instruct the patient not to cleanse the face for 24hrs. Provide the patient with a complete list of Post Care Instructions.
- For best results, reschedule the patient for 7-day Post Care Treatment.
- Post Care Kit is Mandatory after receiving this ClearChoice® Peel
