I bought this chair while attending the Medical Spa Show in Vegas. It was a BIG upgrade for me and I have really loved it. It is sturdy, comfortable, and easy to use. It swivels and adjusts in all different kinds of ways. I love it. The one complaint I have is the delivery. I paid a lot of money for the chair and was supposed to receive a call when the driver was 30 minutes out. However no one ever called. If my husband had not be outside waiting on it, the chair would have been left on the curb.

Experience was excellent!! Chairs are beautiful, very helpful with our Medspa opening and delivery. White glove delivery was great and they took a lot of time and care bringing it into each room and assemble. Will definitely seek out their Company if I need more equipment.
