HOT OR COLD THERAPY: Heat in microwave 2 min for warming relief. For cooling therapy place in a plastic bag in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

HOME OR PROFESSIONAL USE: Can be used for self-care at home, or for professional treatment use.

DIRECTIONS:

Warm therapy: Heat in Microwave for 2 minutes. If not hot enough, continue heating in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Cool application: For Cooling comfort, place in a plastic bag in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Washing: The XPLUSH™ cover, can be easily zipped off for washing.
