Yes. The CytoPen® NG is FDA-cleared for professional use in medical aesthetic practices under clearance number K230420.

The NG uses 14-needle scalloped cartridge tips with a Luer lock attachment. CytoPen® S2 tips do not fit the NG.

The NG is the more affordable model, built around 14-needle tips and treatment depth up to 2.3 mm. The S2 adds a German motor, an aluminum shell, deeper depth (up to 2.5 mm), 12- and 36-needle tip options, and Nano tip capability for microdermabrasion.
