Yes, foot covers are availed to purchase if you need to replace an older cover.

what is height from seat to floor?
Hi - if it was laying flat - the distance from the floor to the table is 22 7/8" to 31 7/8" (since it is adjustable). The seat would have the same mobility up and down, but you would just have to be careful with the lower half for the legs as it is 32" long and would need to be tillted up if you go lower.
