DIRECTIONS:

Warm therapy: Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. If not hot enough, continue heating in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Cool application: For cooling comfort, place in a plastic bag in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Washing: The XPLUSH™ cover can be easily zipped off for washing.
